The Cradle of Liberty Adventure Race
June 2-3, 2012
Southeastern, PA
100 miles
True to its name, the 2012 Cradle of Liberty will offer teams up to 24 hours of adventure, showcasing the historic heritage of southeastern Pennsylvania. The race provides seasoned teams and new competitors alike a chance to explore areas never before seen in a GOALS race; all within an hour’s drive of Philadelphia. With a range of mandatory and optional points, this year’s trek heavy, semi-urban course promises great mountain biking, ample off-trail travel, and river paddling. The event will feature significant navigational opportunities for experienced racers, while serving as an ideal springboard to longer events for more novice teams. Team work and stamina will define the top finishers.
The 2012 Cradle of Liberty is a USARA Regional Qualifier, Checkpoint Tracker Series participant, and member of the East Coast Adventure Racing Series.
